I totally agree, since the covid lockdown, my ability to focus on things has lessened significantly and my social skills aren't great. I think that social media can be a wonderful yet detrimental thing, it feels nice to post something or to consume the media/content you enjoy, but enjoying the moment and being in the now is just as special and unfortunately that feels like it's becoming the thing of the past. Itβs about knowing what has meaning and value to you in life and going for more of that. Realising when doing things, does this leave me feeling drained or reenergised. π
